OwnerLedger is a free matching service. We help rental-property owners across the United States find and compare licensed, insured property management companies near them.
We are not a property management company, real-estate broker, attorney, or accountant. We do not manage property, collect rent, place tenants, hold security deposits, give legal advice, give tax advice, or act as your agent in a real-estate transaction.
Any information on this site is general information only. Laws, license rules, fair-housing requirements, taxes, fees, and local practices vary by state and city, so you should confirm details with a licensed property manager and, when needed, a licensed attorney or accountant.
Using this site
By using OwnerLedger, you agree to use the site lawfully and honestly. Do not submit false information, impersonate someone else, interfere with the site, try to access systems you are not authorized to access, or use the site in a way that could harm OwnerLedger or other users.
You may use the site to request information, ask to be matched with participating property managers, or contact us through Contact. If you submit information, you are responsible for making sure it is accurate and up to date.
Our service is free for owners. Submitting a request does not create a management agreement, brokerage relationship, attorney-client relationship, or any promise that you will be matched with a specific company.
What information you may submit
OwnerLedger only asks for basic contact and property-intent details, such as your name, phone number, optional email, role, property type, unit count, city, ZIP code, and preferred language.
Please do not send sensitive financial or identity information through this site. That includes Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, owner financial statements, tenant background-check records, or similar documents.

No guarantees, quotes, or professional advice
We try to provide useful, plain-language information, but we do not guarantee that site content is complete, current, or correct for your situation. Market conditions, local law, licensing rules, and company practices change.
If we mention common property-management fee ranges on the site, those ranges are general examples only, not quotes. In many markets, monthly management may fall around 8-12% of collected rent, leasing fees may be about 50-100% of one month's rent, and there may also be setup, renewal, inspection, or maintenance coordination charges. The real number depends on the market, property condition, unit count, rent level, and services included.
We do not guarantee occupancy, tenant quality, rent collection, maintenance costs, timelines, savings, or results from any manager you may contact through OwnerLedger.
Your decision and your responsibility
You stay in control. It is your job to compare proposals, review fees, read the management agreement, verify the manager's license and insurance where required, check references, and decide whether to hire anyone.
Before signing, ask for everything in writing. Watch for plain red flags:

- undisclosed maintenance markups
- no written management agreement
- no trust accounting
- no license where one is required
- pressure to sign on the spot
